My enthusiasm for food, cooking and eating was fired up on my travels as a fashion designer. My trips took me all over the world, eating my way through some of the best food on offer.

Now I develop recipes and write features for magazines and my own books. I also work as a food stylist; bringing other writers’ recipes alive for photography.

From the searching for and sourcing of ingredients, to getting the food onto the plate ready to shoot, it’s what I love doing.
